Valerie Thys is a well-known face in Belgium as a presenter and host with an extensive experience in live events, online shows, TV, radio and podcast broadcasts. Today she works for the business channel Kanaal Z. She moderates and interviews as a native speaker in Dutch, French and English. She also lends her voice to numerous audio projects as a voice-over and she is one of the regular VRT voices of the Euromillions Draw.
Her areas of interest are: sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation. From 2009 to 2018, she worked full-time as a weather forecaster for various media channels.
Her core activity is to help customers and organizations communicate clearly about their (new) activities and their efforts to do business more sustainably during TV or podcast broadcasts and during B2B and B2C events.
As a former lecturer at Syntra she also mentors young entrepreneurs for Start-it KBC and the Fempreneurs project from Vrouwennet vzw.
In 2021, she obtained the Sustainable Business Strategy certificate online from Harvard Business School and completed an online Master's degree on sustainability topics at Wageningen University and Delft University of Technology.
In July 2021, she received the “Woman in Media” award from Wintrade Global in London for her career as a presenter.
After more than a decade of providing 1:1 presentation and media training to C-level clients, Valerie Thys launched an accessible hybrid growth and training program in the summer of 2023 for all professionals who aspire to take their presentation and communication skills to a higher level and further their careers. She has been using The Presenter Path ScanTM for this purpose since 2022; a tool she developed to map the presentation skills of her clients in a structured way and to identify the parts that still have potential for growth.
After all, presentation and communication skills are among the top 3 soft skills and can be further developed by everyone to provide more career opportunities. Valerie lives in Edegem with her husband and 2 youngest children.

Paulina Tomczyk is the General Secretary of EU Athletes, the European multisport federation of player unions and athlete associations. Working in the organization since 2015, she is responsible for coordinating and implementing the common policy of member organizations and representing their voice at the European level. She has worked on a number of collaborative projects focusing on topics such as integrity and good governance.
She holds Master’s Degrees from Law, International Public Law and European Studies.
A former high-level athlete, she has a black belt (1st DAN) in judo.

My name is Panos Tsigaras and I am the Project Manager and Founder of the 3x3 Streetball Association “Amik del Basket “in Valencia Spain.
I studied languages and today I can communicate in seven languages. I am owner and co-founder of a company that operates in the construction sector between Europe & West African in the last 10 years.
I arrived in Valencia and worked as the right-hand man of the logistic manager of Team New Zealand in the Americans Cup of 2007. So, I have experience in participating and organizing international sports events. All my life I have taken part in many Sports and even at the age of 47 I still play basketball and streetball. My passionate love for this sport led me to create The Streetball Association, where I bring my experience to bear, leveraging on my contacts all around the world to grow this sport in the coming years.
Our target is to bring this dream to as many countries as possible saving lots of children from the street collaborating with sports associations and foundations to achieve our goal.
