Where and when:
The EU Sport Forum 2024 will take place on 16-17 April 2024 at the Palais des Congrès, Esplanade de l'Europe 2, 4020 Liège, Belgium. You will be welcomed at the registration desk at the main entrance of the venue.
Upon arrival, show the QR code that you will have received by email a few days before the conference. The badge will be printed on-site.
A cloakroom is available near the registration desk. It will be under surveillance at all times during the conference.
Registrations start at 09:30 CET on Tuesday 16 April. The event kicks-off at 10:30 CET with the launch of the EU Sport Forum 2024 by the Master of Ceremony.
Sign Interpretation
The plenary session will take place in the Reine Elisabeth room. There will be remote English sign interpreters on 16 and 17 April. They will be provided for all the plenary sessions.

Getting to the venue:
- From Brussels Zaventem Airport.
The airport train station is located below the arrivals’ hall (basement level-1). Up to 4 trains per hour connect the airport to Liège-Guillemins train station. A one-way train ticket costs € 23.00 and the trip takes 1h30. More info on: www.belgianrail.be
- From Liege-Guillemins train station.
The venue is 15 minutes walking distance from the Train station. It is also accessible by bus, which takes 11 minutes. From the train station, you can take the bus number 138 direction Verviers Gare Centrale and you stop at Liège Palais des Congrès (2 stops).
Taxi ride from the Zaventem airport to the Palais des Congrès in Liège will take approximately 1h30 (in normal traffic conditions) and cost approximately 250€. Please note that the mentioned price has been estimated in March 2024.
Gala Dinner
A Gala Dinner will take place at l’abbaye Château du Val Saint Lambert, Esplanade du Val, 4100 Seraing on the 16 April at 19:30 to 22:30. Transportation will be provided from Palais des Congrès and back.
Dress code
The dress code will be Business casual.
