Gabriela Soukalová is a retired biathlete renowned for her skiing and shooting skills. She dominated biathlon competitions for several years, receiving three medals in the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics. She is a multiple-time world biathlon champion and was also the first Czech to win the overall title in the 2015 Biathlon World Cup. After her retirement from professional biathlon, she published an autobiographical book and film about her career. Gabriela continues to be involved in the biathlon community, serving as a mentor and ambassador for the sport she loves.

Heidi Sulander is Counsellor for Education, Culture, AV, Youth and Sport in the Permanent Representation of Finland to the EU. During the Finnish Presidency in 2019, she chaired the Council Working Party on Sport and the Youth Working Party. Before residing in Brussels Heidi has been working as Senior Ministerial Adviser over ten years in the Sport Unit in the Ministry of Education and Culture where she was responsible for the EU and international cooperation, legislation and legal matters. She graduated from the University of Helsinki with master degree in law and bachelor degree in social sciences in 2008. 

Michelle Tanner is Director of Sport and Physical Activity at Trinity College Dublin, with responsibility for development of sport facilities, programmes and services for students, staff, and the public.  She was lead of the EU Erasmus+ sport ‘Mind Body Boost’ project, a Director of the Board of Sport Ireland, Vice Chair of the World University Sports Federation (FISU) Gender Equality Committee, and former President of the European Network of Academic Sports Services (ENAS). A former Irish Senior International Volleyball player and a volunteer national coach developer, and youth coach of her local Volleyball Club.
