André Seabra is a Director of the Portugal Football School – Portugal Football Federation. He is also Auxiliar Professor with Aggregation at Faculty of Sport - University of Porto. His qualifications include a Ph.D. in Sports Science and two masters, the first in Public Health and the second in High-Performance Training. Authored and co-authored of more than 150 scientific papers published in national and international peer reviewed journals and invited speaker in more than 200 lectures in Portugal and in different countries.

James Sennett is an Associate Director at Ecorys where his research has a strong focus on sport and physical activity policy. James has recently directed a study for the European Commission on athletes’ rights in and around large sport events and another on trends affecting the European Sport Model. James has also directed EU-wide reviews of good practices in sport diplomacy, sport and disability actions, and safeguarding children in sport. James has led numerous sport research studies for government organisations in the UK focused mainly on sport participation and governance issues in the sector.

Jason Smyth, acclaimed as one of Ireland's top athletes, secured 21 gold medals in an impressive 18-year track career, notably claiming 6 Paralympic golds. With an unbeaten record, he was honoured with an MBE in 2022. Since transitioning in 2023, Smyth currently is the Strategy Manager at Paralympics Ireland. He also is qualified as a financial advisor; he also collaborates with corporations to enhance their performance. Smyth's dedication to sports and disability advocacy extends to board engagements, alongside his recent triumph on Dancing with the Stars Ireland 2024.
