Vanina Milanova is president of the European Multisport Club Association’s Assembly and secretary general of Association “Levski – Sport for all” (Bulgaria).
She has more than 20 years’ experience as a sport manager like: marketing director of SC “Levski”, President of the European Multisport Club Association; High Level Group on Grassroots Sport - European Commission, Main coordinator Sofia’s Students games for 10 years - 8 sports, 16 000 participants from 110 schools; Main coordinator Coca-Cola Cup – Bulgaria for 6 years – 8 cities, 200 schools 17 000 participants, various sports programmes – CSR, social sport etc. Coordinating Erasmus+ Sport projects since 2015, as main applicant and partner in small and collaborative partnerships, more than 20 projects.
She has Doctorate on "Sponsorship an important factor for the development of professional football" University of National and World Economy – Sofia , Bulgaria (2003 – 2007) and Master “Economy and management of social and cultural activities” University of National and World Economy – Sofia , Bulgaria (1994 – 1999)

Maheta Molango is the Chief Executive of the English Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) the world’s oldest professional sports trade union.
The PFA represents approximately 5000 current players from the English game, with members from the Premier League, EFL and Women’s Super League. It also provides support and services to around 50,000 former professional players.
A former player, Maheta began his football career at Atletico Madrid before moving to England for spells with Brighton and Hove Albion, Lincoln City, Oldham Athletic and AFC Wrexham.
Following the end of his playing career, Maheta became a labour lawyer working on sport and football issues. During periods at law firm Baker McKenzie and as legal counsel at Atletico Madrid, he worked on representation agreements, contract and transfer negotiations for global stars such as Antoine Griezmann and Mesut Özil. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German, Maheta was twice named one of the best sports lawyers in Spain by international rankings company Chambers and Partners.
In 2016, Maheta was appointed as CEO of RCD Mallorca following a takeover by former NBA player Steve Nash, and Phoenix Suns’ owner, Robert Sarver. He was appointed CEO of the PFA in July 2021, where he has overseen a significant reform and modernisation process.

Michael Omann is a sports scientist and founder of the health startup MOVEVO. Michael is passionate about passing on his enthusiasm for physical activity and health to others and inspiring a more active lifestyle. His insights and experiences as the Head of Sports Science at a health center in Altaussee are now channeled with all his passion into corporate health promotion through MOVEVO.
