Francine is a Gender Equality, Film Financing, Communication and Sport expert. At Queen’s College Oxford University, she obtained an BA in English and French (1996), an MSt in Women’s Studies (1997), and at Strasbourg University a DEA in English Studies (1998). Francine has worked in many organisations including WHO Europe and the Council of Europe (1999-to date).
In 2012 Francine founded the European Women’s Audiovisual Network and was the Executive Director for 4 years. From 2014-2020, Francine was a Project Manager at the Council of Europe’s Eurimages Fund where she prepared gender equality strategies and a Recommendation on Gender Equality in the Audiovisual sector.
Since May 2021, Francine has been the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Council of Europe’s Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport; she manages budgetary and human resources, moderates and organises conferences on topics including safe sport, inclusive sport and ethical sport, and builds relationships with stakeholders, etc. She specialises in equality and sport and teaches Pilates and Fitness.

Iliana Ivanova is the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth. She previously served as Member of the European Court of Auditors (2013 – 2023), as Member of the European Parliament (2009 – 2012) and as a Member of Sofia City Council (2007 – 2009). She has also worked as Investment and business analyst in various financial and banking institutions in US as well as coordinator for International financial institutions in the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

Born in Verviers in 1968, Pierre-Yves Jeholet has a university education in the legal and media fields.
His political career began in 1999. He thus became municipal councilor in Herve (2000) and provincial councilor (2000-2003) for the Province of Liège.
Between 2003 and 2009, he became Deputy in the Chamber of Representatives (2003-2004), Deputy in the Parliament of Wallonia (2004-2007) and again Deputy in the Chamber of Representatives (2007-2009). In addition to these mandates, he was also appointed Spokesperson for the MR (2008-2011).
Following the regional elections of 2009 and 2014, he sat both in the Parliament of Wallonia and in the Parliament of the French community (2009-2017) while becoming Mayor of Herve (2012-2017).
He was then Head of the MR group in the Parliament of Wallonia (2014-2017) and in July 2017, he was appointed Vice-President and Minister for the Economy, Industry, Research, Innovation, Digital, Employment and Training of the Walloon Government.
The day after the 2019 electoral ballot, on September 17, 2019, he took the oath and became Minister-President of the French community of Belgium.
