Born in Australia, Dennis moved to Croatia in 1991 at the age of 23 and established himself in various executive roles stretching from government institutions, banking and tourism. In his current role as the Executive Director of Lokomotiva Zagreb FC, Dennis has overseen the evolvement of the club which returned to the Croatia's top division in 2009 for the first time in 52 years. The club has since been a regular and stable member of the Croatian top flight league and enjoyed four seasons of UEFA club competition qualification.
Dennis is a graduate of the UEFA Certificate in Football Management, the MESGO Executive Master in Global Sport Governance (2018) and the UEFA Football Law Programme (2021).
Apart from his role at Lokomotiva Zagreb, Dennis is an active member of the football community and the co-founder of the Union of European Clubs (UEC), an initiative launched in April, 2023 in Brussels to represent non-elite clubs.

Georg Häusler is currently the Director for Culture, Creativity and Sport in the European Commission (DG EAC). Prior to that, he was Director in another Commission department for seven years. He joined the Commission in 1999 and has had several senior posts including as Head of Cabinet of Commissioner Dacian Ciolos, from 2009 to 2014. Before he began his Commission career, he was Secretary General of an EU-wide NGO.

Francine is a Gender Equality, Film Financing, Communication and Sport expert. At Queen’s College Oxford University, she obtained an BA in English and French (1996), an MSt in Women’s Studies (1997), and at Strasbourg University a DEA in English Studies (1998). Francine has worked in many organisations including WHO Europe and the Council of Europe (1999-to date).
In 2012 Francine founded the European Women’s Audiovisual Network and was the Executive Director for 4 years. From 2014-2020, Francine was a Project Manager at the Council of Europe’s Eurimages Fund where she prepared gender equality strategies and a Recommendation on Gender Equality in the Audiovisual sector.
Since May 2021, Francine has been the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Council of Europe’s Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport; she manages budgetary and human resources, moderates and organises conferences on topics including safe sport, inclusive sport and ethical sport, and builds relationships with stakeholders, etc. She specialises in equality and sport and teaches Pilates and Fitness.
