Marloes de Brabandere is a PhD Researcher on the Impact of Instagram Fitfluencers on Adolescents’ Mental Well-being and Exercise Behavior, Ghent University.

Within the research group Center for Persuasive Communication at the department of Communication Sciences, she conducts research on fitfluencers. More specifically, she tries to gain a better understanding of how fitfluencers can be used to encourage adolescents to exercise while avoiding negative effects on their mental well-being.

Luciano Di Fonzo is the Acting Head of Sport Unit at the European Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Before his current position, he spent 20 years in the Education sector as programme manager within the Jean Monnet Programme and the Lifelong Learning Programme. He was also general secretary of ECSA (European Community Studies Associations) a network of academics specialised in the field of European integration studies. He holds a degree in Political Science at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome and two Masters on EU law and politics.

Erik Duiven is Chief Operating Officer and Director of Education at Doping Authority Netherlands. Together with his team he develops, implements, and evaluates education programs for elite sports and fitness. Erik is chair of the Council of Europe’s T-DO Advisory Group on Education and a member of WADA’s Education Standing Committee. He also has a black belt in judo.
