Alberto Colombo is the Deputy General Secretary of the European Leagues, the organisation that gathers and represents the interests of 40 professional football leagues and more than 1000 professional clubs in 34 countries across Europe.
Alberto works closely with top leagues’ senior executives as well as with key football stakeholders on political and strategic matters to protect and enhance the growth and development of professional domestic football competitions across Europe. He is a sports industry senior director with experience in football and sport governance, stakeholders’ relations, media & communication, social dialogue & labor issues, sports integrity, IPR and public affairs in the EU landscape. Before joining the European Leagues, he had experiences in marketing and media operations for major sports events such as the Olympics and the America’s Cup of Sail.
Alberto speaks 5 languages and is guest lecturer at several academic sport management and law postgraduate courses across Europe.

Ms. Camilla Contorni works at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Brussels Liaison Office as Associate Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer. Her work focuses on policy analysis and partnership development. Since 2020, she is supporting the UNODC Global Program against Corruption and Economic Crime and contributing to the work of the UNODC Program on Safeguarding Sport from Corruption and Economic Crime, including the implementation of EU-funded projects, the development of research tools, and the delivery of initiatives promoting sport integrity.

Marloes de Brabandere is a PhD Researcher on the Impact of Instagram Fitfluencers on Adolescents’ Mental Well-being and Exercise Behavior, Ghent University.
Within the research group Center for Persuasive Communication at the department of Communication Sciences, she conducts research on fitfluencers. More specifically, she tries to gain a better understanding of how fitfluencers can be used to encourage adolescents to exercise while avoiding negative effects on their mental well-being.
