6 time Olympic swimmer. More than 70 international medals and the oldest female to become world champion. Born in Sweden to an Olympic swimmer (Bibbi Smedh placed 7th in Munich -72) and tried several sports as a youth but chose swimming for its community. Studied at university in the US and lived and swam in Germany, England, Australia throughout her career. Has written two children’s books on swimming and runs learn to swim programs for schools and have created a free app in water proofing you baby and teaching them water safety and steps towards floating and swimming.
(Met her parter through swimming and lives in Sweden today with two children and is a public speaker on motivation and health as well as an entrepreneur developing business that improve the environment or people’s well being)

José Manuel Araújo was elected Member of the European Olympic Committees’ Executive Committee and appointed Chair of EOC European Union and International Relations Commission.
Previously he was Chair of EOC European Youth Olympic Festival Commission (2017-2021). In Portugal he is Secretary General of the Olympic Committee of Portugal (since 2013) and Member of the Council of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (2014-2023).
He is graduated in Law and Post-graduated in European Studies - Law School, University of Lisbon – and he speaks 4 languages.
He was Chief of Staff of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports (2002-2004), responsible by all legislative work and the organisation of Euro 2004 Football Tournament.

A lawyer by training, Marie Barsacq worked for ten years for the French National Olympic Committee (CNOSF), devoting her energies to employment, training and qualification in the sporting movement. She then joined the French Football Federation (FFF), where she set up the Institute of Football Coaching (IFF) before becoming the FFF’s assistant general manager for amateur football. Marie Barsacq is also a member since 2018 of the Executive Committee of the French Football Federation.
Marie Barsacq then took up position as the Director of Impact and Legacy for the Paris 2024 Bid Committee, and then Executive Director within the Organising Committee.
